How many websites can I host?
All plans include hosting for 12 websites. With the Triple Up add-on, you can host up to 36 websites on a single account.
What's included in each plan?
Every plan includes: 12GB SSD storage, 12 websites, unlimited bandwidth, free SSL certificates, DirectAdmin control panel, daily backups, email accounts, MySQL databases, and 24/7 support.
What is Triple Up?
Triple Up is an add-on that triples your resources. For the same price as your base plan, you get 36 websites and 36GB storage instead of 12/12. Annual and Lifetime Triple Up also includes 6 free lifetime domains.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

What are lifetime domains?
Lifetime domains are domain names you own forever with no renewal fees. We offer subdomains like yourname.co.business, yourname.co.technology, and more.
What domain extensions are available?
We offer: .co.business, .co.education, .co.events, .co.financial, .co.network, .co.place, and .co.technology. These are professional subdomains perfect for businesses and personal brands.
How many free domains do I get?
Monthly plans: No free domains. Annual/Lifetime plans: 2 free lifetime domains. Triple Up Annual/Lifetime: 6 free lifetime domains. Additional domains can be purchased separately.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! You can use any domain you own. Simply point your domain's nameservers to ours, and you're all set. We provide full instructions in your welcome email.
Can I transfer domains to Hostdeal?
You can point external domains to your Hostdeal hosting. For lifetime domains specifically, these are registered through our platform and cannot be transferred to other registrars.

What control panel do you use?
We use DirectAdmin, a powerful and user-friendly control panel. It includes a file manager, email management, database tools, 1-click installers, and more.
Which PHP versions are supported?
We support PHP 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3. You can select your preferred PHP version from DirectAdmin.
What web server do you use?
We use LiteSpeed Web Server, which is up to 12x faster than Apache. It's fully compatible with .htaccess files and includes built-in caching.
Do you support WordPress?
Absolutely! WordPress installs with one click via Softaculous. We're optimized for WordPress with LiteSpeed cache support and PHP 8.x.
What about email hosting?
Each website includes 5 email accounts with webmail access. You can use IMAP, POP3, or SMTP with any email client.
Are backups included?
Yes! We perform daily automated backups of your entire account. You can restore from the last 7 days of backups with one click from DirectAdmin.
